Mr. Nadesan, the founder of SRK Group of Institutions, spent 8 years serving the public as a Member of the Legislative Assembly. Besides being a politician, he has always had a flair for education. He strongly believes that an education that enlightens the soul of a human is the premise for a happy life. With this vision, the journey of SRK Group of Institutions begins.
In 1982, S.R.K.B.V.School was founded with the motto of providing excellent education to students. It began with a strength of sixty-seven, students and gradually rose to 2500 in a decade. The school was upgraded into a Junior college (Higher Secondary School) in 1992.
His mission of providing quality education and empowering students took a different form then. In an era when allopathy was admired and desired, Mr.Nadesan believed in medical practices that do not cause any repercussions.
This prompted SRK Medical College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences to be established in 2001. SRK Medical College Hospital of Naturopathy was also set up. The Hospital is the focal point of a healthy atmosphere where people with a plethora of ailments get treated without after effects.
SRK Nursing College was inaugurated in year 2011 with motto serve to save. After a decade of inauguration, the college stands as one of the best colleges of nursing in Tamil Nadu
Furthermore, SRK International School that originated in 2012 paved the way for children who wanted to follow the Central Board of Secondary Education. SRK Group of Institutions prevails as the centre of educational excellence in KanyaKumari district. The vision of our founder reflects in all the institutions that took form. This Naturopathy medical centre is a teaching hospital of SRKMC of Naturopathy and Yogic Science. In 2001 with the intention of translating the experience expertise in medical education in the tangible and affordable health care to the community. It is situated at Kulasekharam, Near Marthandam, Kanyakumari district, TamilNadu of India. It is 55kms away from Trivandrum, 50kms away from Kanyakumari, 10kms from Kuzhithurai Railway station.
Kulasekharam is blessed with calm serene and beautiful mountains, green valleys, farms, trecking spots and enhancing water resources.
